What is Fractal?

Fractal employs SRA regulated persons (solicitors) to provide legal advice and other services. Fractal operates as a legal consultancy in England and Wales, but is not technically law firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). This allows us to be much more responsive to our clients’ needs, as we can combine the advice we deliver with a more strategic, risk-balanced approach.

Reserved legal activities are not typically relevant to the sorts of commercial services we offer to web3 clients, and include conducting litigation and administering oaths. These reserved legal activities that can only be obtained from a traditional law firm.
